I sourced this early-2000s Blumarine Folies mini because it has that perfect flirty Blumarine shape with a fitted bodice and a full ruffled hem that moves beautifully. It feels so now with the return of romantic mini dresses styled with tall boots. The top has some boning in it and the overall material has stretch. Blumarine Folies was the younger, more playful line in the 2000s, and this dress is exactly that era.
