Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days once payment is received. We currently ship from Washington, DC, using trusted domestic couriers. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S., calculated at checkout. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

International shipping is available on select items. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Sourced by Scottie is not responsible for packages once they’ve been dropped off with the courier, including those lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for a $10 reshipping fee. Alternatively, the order may be refunded (less original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee).

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. A $5 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and processing costs.

Final Sale: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange — accessories, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, sale items, style bundles, and sourcing requests.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@sourcedbyscottie.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and your refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Lost or Returned Packages

Once your package has been shipped and handed to the courier, Sourced by Scottie is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Ownership of the package transfers to the customer upon acceptance by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly to file a claim. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal at delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. We can reship your order once a $10 reshipping fee is paid, or process it as a return (minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee).
